CCRC opened its own Cafe in 1985 to provide breakfast and lunch for the staff and the consumers we serve.  This operation has recently expanded services to, include the general public.  We employ 3 to 5 of our consumers to help us in this endeavor.  The Food Service component allows CCRC to train and place individuals with developmental disabilities into work situations that are fully integrated within the community.
